Rate: $34.90 - 38.80/hr for local & FOR Non-Local $37.20 - 41.40/hr travel (100 miles)
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: 8 weeks
Hours per Week: 40
Shift: Evening shift / 3 PM - 11 PM
Weekend Rotation: Every other
On-call Requirements: none
Holiday Requirements: Yes, as needed for unit coverage
Floating Requirements: No
Experience Required: 1 year of recent LPN experience in LTC
Experience Preferred: PCC experience strongly preferred
License Required: NC or Compact
Certificates/Licenses/Card Required: (Must have)
- Active LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse certification in the state of NC
- Active current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Influenza vaccination record
- COVID-19 vaccination card
- Driver's License

Salary: $35.00 - $38.80 per hour
